FRIVILLIG PÅ BERGTATT

Uten frivillige, ingen festival! Du har kanskje hørt dette før, men det er en klisjé av en grunn. Frivillige utgjør selve hjertet av festivalen, og det er alltid en stor glede for oss å bli kjent med nye frivillige og å se kjente ansikter komme tilbake.

Som frivillig på Bergtatt får du stor frihet og muligheten til å jobbe med spennende arbeidsoppgaver, samtidig som du blir en del av et fantastisk fellesskap. Som en takk for innsatsen mottar du et festivalpass, t-skjorte, og ikke minst muligheten til å bli kjent med masse nye folk!

Vi søker engasjerte frivillige som kan bidra både før, under og etter festivalen. Arbeidsoppgavene kan være alt fra dekorering av festivalområdet til å betjene baren eller møbelsnekring. Vi oppfordrer deg til å inkludere eventuell relevant erfaring i søknaden din. Som frivillig kan du oppleve å jobbe to skift innen ulike kategorier avhengig av hvor det er behov.

Greit å vite
Det er forventet stort trykk i forbindelse med frivilligpåmeldingen til årets festival og vi har dessverre ikke plass til alle. Sørg for å være tydelig i registreringen av personlig informasjon samt kontaktinfo, fortell litt om deg selv og eventuell erfaring, og ikke vær redd for å være deg selv, vi er åpne for alle slags tilnærminger! Mange har lyst til å jobbe sammen med en venn, dette er helt lov å skrive i søknaden, men vi kan ikke garantere for at alle får ønskene sine oppfylt.

Vaktplan og oppmøtetider
Vi godkjenner søknader fortløpende og du vil motta vaktplan med oppmøtetid i god tid før festivalen.

Forventet arbeidsmengde
Arbeidsmengden vil avhenge av hvilke arbeidsoppgaver du utfører og om du jobber før, under eller etter festivalen. Som utgangspunkt er følgende arbeidstider lagt opp:

Opprigg (1. juli - 4. juli):
2 x 8-timers skift

Under festivalen (4. juli - 6. juli):
1 x 10-timers skift eller 2 x 7-timers skift

Nedrigg (07. juli):
1 x 10-timers skift

Alle skift inkluderer matpause.

VOLUNTEER AT BERGTATT

Without volunteers - no festival! It's a cliché for a reason. Volunteers form the very heart of the festival, and it's always a great joy for us to get to know new volunteers and to see familiar faces return.

As a volunteer at Bergtatt, you get great freedom and the opportunity to work with exciting tasks, while becoming part of a ever-growing fantastic community. As a thank you for your effort, you will receive a festival pass (camp included), a t-shirt, and not least the opportunity to meet lots of new people!

We are looking for committed volunteers who can contribute both before, during, and after the festival. The tasks can range from decorating the festival area to serving at the bar or doing basic carpentry. We encourage you to include any relevant experience in your application. As a volunteer, you may get to work two shifts in different categories depending on where there is a need.

English speaking volunteers

We welcome English-speaking volunteers, but for practical reasons, much of the registration process and information sharing along the way is in Norwegian until we see a greater need for English. Try to translate the application form if possible, or contact our volunteer coordinator, Anders, at anders@bergtattfestivalen.no for more information and assistance in registering.

Good to know

There is expected to be a high demand for volunteer registration for this year's festival, and unfortunately, we can't accommodate everyone. Make sure to be clear in registering personal information and contact info, tell us a little about yourself and any experience, and don't be afraid to be yourself, we are open to all kinds of approaches! Many people want to work with a friend, it's completely okay to write this in the application, but we can't guarantee that everyone's wishes will be fulfilled.

Schedule and Meeting Times

We approve applications continuously and you will receive a schedule with meeting times well before the festival.

Expected Workload

The workload will depend on the tasks you perform and whether you work before, during, or after the festival. As a starting point, the following working hours are set up:

Setup (July 1 - July 4):

2 x 8-hour shifts

During the festival (July 4 - July 6):

1 x 10-hour shift or 2 x 7-hour shifts

Takedown (July 7):

1 x 10-hour shift

All shifts include a meal break.
